I’m Dom
I'm Dominique Brienne, a strategist, writer, listener, thinker, and clarifier of chaos. I empower founders, nonprofits, writers, and small teams to unlock their potential and throw away the key.
People come to me when they’ve done the work, have the impact, and just need someone to hear what they mean, see the path ahead, and make it easier to get there.
I bring structure to scattered ideas. Voice to unfinished messages. Systems to stuck growth. And strategy to people who don’t have time to keep spinning their wheels.
No Seriously — I been in the game
Over the last decade, I’ve helped everyone from Fortune 500 brands to mission-based businesses clarify their message and move their mission forward. I’ve worked with large organizations like Google and Shopify and growing businesses like SkinIdent and Wah Gwaan Brewing Co. My heart is with churches and community foundations doing deep, personal, people-first work.
I hold a master’s degree in Corporate and Organizational Communications from Northeastern. And, by day, I lead brand and content strategy at Codeword, a creative agency supporting some of the most innovative tech companies in the world.
No matter the client, the goal is the same:
Make the message clear. Make the structure sustainable. Make the vision real.
I’m also a book strategist and the author of IKIGAI and The Words I Didn’t Listen To—two deeply personal works that reflect the same kind of clarity, courage, and structure I now help others build in their own stories.
I’m known for helping entrepreneurs, faith-based leaders, and creatives write books that move people—building clear frameworks around complex ideas that make readers feel something and do something.
My work extends beyond strategy. I believe in the power of storytelling and creative expression, which has led me to explore several other avenues where I continue to empower and inspire others.

I’m also a graphic designer with a passion for creating visuals that tell a compelling story. My portfolio spans a diverse range of projects—from striking brand identities and eye-catching flyers to thoughtfully designed packaging and invitations. Each piece is meticulously crafted to not only look good but to make a lasting impact and resonate deeply with its audience.
At the heart of everything I do are the values that guide me: integrity, collaboration, empowerment and a commitment to excellence. I’m driven by the belief that every project should uplift and inspire.
But, above all, I’m a mom to two incredible boys who keep me grounded, and exhausted, but help me focus on balance, joy, and breathing in the moment. They fuel my desire to create a world where we all feel equipped to pursue our dreams and live authentically—with patience, passion, on purpose.
But as you excel in everything—in faith, speech, knowledge,
all diligence, and in love—see that you excel also in grace.
