To position SkinIdent USA as a leader in the U.S. market, I developed a comprehensive brand and website strategy focused on differentiation and conversion:
Brand Identity & Website: I created a brand identity centered on the concept of “skin-identical” products, emphasizing the unique ingredients that match the skin’s natural composition. To visually reinforce the brand’s commitment to natural, skin-friendly ingredients, I integrated the color green prominently throughout the brand identity. This color choice symbolized the brand’s natural ethos and created a calming, trustworthy aesthetic. The website, featuring a full e-commerce store, was optimized for user experience and SEO to drive traffic and conversions.
Messaging & SEO: The messaging was crafted to highlight the benefits of SkinIdent’s products, ensuring clear communication of their unique selling points. The SEO strategy was implemented to boost visibility in search results for targeted keywords related to skincare and natural products.

Revenue Growth: Achieved a 100% increase in revenue YoY, driven by a combination of optimized e-commerce and targeted messaging.
High Conversion Rate: The website attained a 7.09% conversion rate, significantly higher than the industry average of 2.5% to 3%.
Average Order Value: The average order value soared to $246, significantly surpassing the industry average of $78.91 for skincare products, underscoring the strong luxury appeal of the brand.
